    Celebrate resilience and community with a free 5K or 1-mile walk, run, or wheel event on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Berkeley Lake Park. Arrive at 8:00 a.m. to check in, grab swag, and hear inspiring stories from trauma survivors before the event kicks off at 9:00 a.m. This event brings together survivors, families, and caregivers to share stories, provide support, and celebrate life. Street parking and parking lots are available around the park. We can't wait to see you there!

  • Please read the following Release of Liability carefully:  
      
    By registering and participating in the Denver Health Trauma Survivors Fun Run (the “Run”) I acknowledge, or if completing this Release on behalf of a child, I acknowledge on the child’s behalf, that participation in the Run may involve potential dangers and risks, including without limitation, personal injury, injury to others, bodily harm and/or death. I further warrant and represent that I have the legal authority to complete this Release on behalf of the child for whom I have completed it.  
      
    In consideration for participation in the Run I hereby assume all of the risks associated with participating in the Run and hereby forever waive, release, discharge, and shall hold harmless Denver Health and Hospital Authority (“Denver Health”), its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands or losses I, or my child, incurs as a result of participation in the Run.  
      
    In addition to the above, I hereby consent to the use of my name, likeness, and image and acknowledge and agree that my name, likeness, and image may be used by Denver Health at its sole discretion in promotional and marketing activities.  
      
    I understand that if I am an employee of Denver Health my participation in the Run is completely voluntary and does not constitute part of my work-related duties. My decision to participate, or not participate, in the Run will not affect my job status.  
      
    I have read and agree to the Denver Health Trauma Survivors Fun Run Release of Liability.
